17 February (Sun) - GM Danny Guba is running a workshop in Oxford at Dorian Bytom's club. Wycombe High School, Marlow Road, High Wycombe, HP11 1TB. 10am start.

23 February (Sat) - Refereeing and Judging Workshop - This is open to anybody who's interested to learn and understand the refereeing and judging requirements for WEKAF-style competitions. This is a free workshop sponsored by DG Doce Pares. Grandmaster Danny Guba will be conducting the workshop. Contact info@dgdocepares.co.uk if interested.

02 March (Sun) - DG Doce Pares hosts a British Invitational competition in Mile End, London. Spectators are welcome to experience the event.

30 March (Sun) - WEKAF British Open Championships (last qualifying for World Championships) to be held in Bristol.

13 April (Sun) - British Low Armour Championships to be held in Luton.

20 April (Sun) - GM Danny Guba is running a workshop in Oxford at Dorian Bytom's club. Wycombe High School, Marlow Road, High Wycombe, HP11 1TB. 10am start.

26 - 27 April (Sat - Sun) - Seni Show 2008 to be held in Excel, London. On 26th April, there will be a Seni Eskrima Open Championship, hosted by Danny Guba Doce Pares. This will include a WEKAF-style competition and a Limited Armour competition. There will also be workshops and performances done by Grandmaster Danny Guba himself and by assistant chief instructor Ermar Alexander and students.

14 June (Sat) - 3rd grading for Ermar Alexander's DG Doce Pares club.

15 June (Sun) - "Quest for the Best". A British Open Doce Pares tournament which will be held in London, hosted by Danny Guba Doce Pares.

Summer 2008 - GM Danny Guba, the highest authority on Doce Pares in Europe and the UK, has arranged Master Val Pableo to come to the UK and have some workshops which will be open to anyone interested to learn the Doce Pares system. If you would like to book a seminar with him, please contact us at info@dgdocepares.co.uk. Further details will be added here soon!

12 October (Sun) - A Doce Pares British Championship will be held in London hosted by Danny Guba Doce Pares.

2 November - WEKAF British Championships (1st qualifying for European Championships in 2009) to be held in Luton.
