Doce Pares joins Gumtree Sports Day

The Gumtree Sports Day was a massive success! The Gumtree Team were so much fun. The Doce Pares team joined the volleyball game competition, winning the first game (and to think, none of us have touched a ball in years!), and had lots of fun and made loads of new friends. Funny that our tent blew away while we were in the volleyball court. We also ran free classes throughout the day, and many joined in to learn the sinuwali, taught by Instructor Ermar 'Alex' Alexander and his senior students. Thank you to the Gumtree people and to those who participated through the day! See you again next year!
