Doce Pares meets Philippine President Arroyo

Danny Guba Doce Pares was invited to meet and greet the President of the Philippines, Her Excellency Madam Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo at a private event organised by the Philippine Embassy. GM Danny Guba and Ermar Alexander were in attendance and shook hands with Her Excellency. DG Doce Pares was there to represent Filipino Martial Arts among the Filipino community leaders that were in attendance.

Her Excellency's entourage included First Gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo, Press Secretary and Presidential Spokesman Ignacio R. Bunye (who was also WEKAF President from 1992-1998!), Trade Secretary Peter Favila, Agriculture Secretary Arthur Defensor, Philippine Defence & Armed Forces Attache Colonel Aldred L. Limoso and Philippine Embassy Ambassador Edgardo Espiritu.
